I understand and agree to the following-

I am taking an Introductory Flight with Professional Flying (trading as Bristol Flying) for the purpose of becoming a club member. This is a non-commercial experience and is therefore a private category flight and is not a training flight. These experiences are offered solely to increase club membership, promote learning to fly and the aviation community. Please ensure the information given is accurate, incorrect declarations may cause a cancellation, with no refund. A voucher entitles the user to a flight, not sole use of the aircraft. We do not recommend an Introductory flight for those who have to travel over an hour to reach Bristol Airport. If you are traveling a distance, always check with us by phone before you leave, not more than an hour before the experience.

I also agree to bring a paper copy of the flight voucher, along with a paper copy of the receipt for the car parking and security passes for everyone attending on the day.

Many factors may affect timings and flights may be cancelled at short notice. If this happens, a mutually convenient new date will be offered, we are not able to offer refunds. You will receive a time slot for your flight, however please allow the rest of the day for the experience. Flight details will be sent by email, after voucher approval, keep an eye on your spam box. Read these details carefully, they include what to wear, car park directions, advice and arrival times.

Reception staff at the building can only take messages. Our office is close to reception, clearly signed on the door. This is a security area, arguments, unpleasantness, confrontation, or aggression, will cause concern. We are not able to accept anyone on a flight who is showing these signs, so please leave any worries or arguments at home and enjoy your day. Operational staff on the day have flight safety duties, they are not able to answer non-related flight day queries. Lastly, we hope you have an amazing time with us, should you have any comment please email us at info@bristolflying.co.uk. However, any public comments must be agreed with us prior to publication, there may be a cost to you, if this does not take place.
