No permanent Covid effect In terms of the job market for pilots, the big question that lingered ever since the Covid-19 virus emerged was whether the pandemic would have a permanent effect on air travel. While this appeared to be a realistic possibility even only a year ago, it now looks like the answer is a resounding ‘no’. Indeed there are segments of the air travel market, like the business jet sector, that have already recovered to pre-pandemic levels.
